wannatapthat is a free tool that aggregates rental listings from publicly available sources (Rentler, KSL, Craigslist) in the Salt Lake City metro area, scores them based on your criteria, and sends you email alerts for good deals.

Cost

wannatapthat is free to use. There are no paid tiers, no premium features behind a paywall, and no credit card required. We may introduce paid features in the future, but the core deal alerts will remain free.

Accuracy

Listing data is pulled from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Scores are generated algorithmically and reflect our best estimate of deal quality, not a guarantee. Always verify listing details directly with the landlord or property manager before making any decisions.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of data, timeliness of alerts, or availability of any specific listing. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by this service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service and sign up for email alerts.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address when signing up
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload our service
• Do not redistribute our data commercially without permission

Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue wannatapthat at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
